We have received confirmation that Polaris has officially approved a repair procedure for the S-22-09 Safety Bulletin.  It’s going to take a little time to get this organized and running smoothly, so please bear with us.  Polaris is strictly allocating a set number of repair kits based on the models we sold.  These will be sent weekly to each dealer from now until the end of December to help mitigate the need and avoid kits not being available.  After that we can order based on the machines that still require the recall. There are 8 different repair kits depending on which model snowmobile you own. Parts will start being shipped to us shortly, however we won’t know what we are getting until they arrive.  Once received, we can start allocating them to customers and calling to set up appointments.

 

If you have not already been in contact with us and your machine requires the recall, please send an email to info@tricitycycle.ca or caroline@tricitycycle.ca  Including your serial number is a must so we can verify if your sled details. In the Subject Line of the email please type FUEL TANK RECALL.  That’s all I need, the VIN and the subject line filled in.  In turn, I’ll get back to you with any new info we have as per procedures and just to confirm that I got it.


We understand that this is both frustrating and inconvenient, but we ask that you stay patient with us as we try to navigate through this extensive recall.  We are doing everything we can to make this a seamless process and appreciate your continued support.
