My experience was 5 star from start to finish. I was looking for a 2022 Suzuki GSX-S1000 in February and every other dealer I contacted told me I would never find one. I called Tri City and Randy went looking and found me one within a day. Randy kept me in the loop the entire time and gave me realistic expectations on delivery timelines...but was never bothered when I reached out, understanding my excitement about my new bike. His finance person had me sorted out within a day and made the paperwork seamless. Fast forward 2 months and it's now in my garage. I won't go anywhere else now...simple, old fashioned service has won the day!

Highly recommend going to Tri-City for service. They are very honest people to work with. They saved us huge. Apex in Cambridge was going to over charge us big time for damage done by them

I purchased a few helmets from this dealer at the bike show. One helmet was damaged when I got home. After speaking with the great staff at the dealer they shipped me out a new one asap. Im extremely happy with the customer service and even tho I live approx. 2.5hrs away Ill never shop anywhere else just because of how great the the customer service is here. I recently had my 2002 GSX-R1000 booked in for service. I bought this bike used and since I was unaware of it's previous service history, I thought it would be best to take it to my local Suzuki dealer to have it checked out thoroughly. I have never been to TriCity Cycle before and I am really pleased with the service that I was provided. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and above all helpful in addressing my concerns and inquiries about my bike. I look forward to future visits to TriCity Cycle.

I dropped into Tri-City, just to get a feel for what might be available in used bikes. I met Brian Shorney, who listened to me describe what I had in mind.

Brian showed me around the showroom with zero pressure or expectations. I found myself drawn to a new bike that, as Brian explained, was last years model with a discounted price and a solid warranty.
